I’m grateful to our food team who take care of us and spoils us rotten with delicious food every day.
So, after the Christmas break I want to publish another picture of one random breakfast I take.
To this I’ve also added the new entry in my routine: Tulsi tea. It was a suggestion from Evan, who’s in my team.
This was a great suggestion as I found out it has a lot of good qualities.
I don’t remember all of them, however, I’ll focus for the main positive effect: it helps me to calm down.
If I had to write down a goal for this new year, it would be definitely trying to relax.
